Do you ship your products overseas?
We only ship to local Singapore addresses.
Can you do same day delivery if I need my order urgently?
We do same day delivery for orders $398 and above, if your order is placed by 12pm on Mondays to Saturdays. If your order falls below the minimum required amount but is placed by 12pm, we can still assist you to arrange for same day delivery but you will need to pay the courier fee charged by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have placed your order to request for assistance.
Do you repair or provide spare parts even though the product was purchased from an unauthorized Singapore or overseas seller?
After-sales support, including repair and spare parts replacement, only apply to products purchased directly from our store or our authorized resellers in Singapore.
