Warranty Policy
Our 1 year official warranty policy is only applicable to selected products that we state are covered by warranty. The product must be purchased directly from our store. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur within 1 year and does not include damage caused by user or wear and tear. It also does not apply to second-hand purchases as warranty is not transferable.
If your item is defective upon receiving it, you will need to request for a replacement within 7 days. Buyer must produce proof of online purchase that shows that the product is purchased from us and return it with its original packaging and accessories. In such cases, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us and send you a replacement.
During the warranty period, if your item needs repair or spare parts replacement due to a manufacturing defect, you will be liable for the shipping cost. As we are an online store, there is no physical shop location, so your item must be shipped back to us if it needs to be repaired. We will only be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you. Any transport fees incurred for on-site repair services will be borne by buyer.
For spare parts replacement, the cost of the spare part will be borne by us if it is due to a manufacturing defect but the shipping fee will be borne by buyer. If the issue is caused by wear and tear or user damage, the cost of the spare part replacement will be borne by the buyer.
