Warranty Policy

Our 1 year official warranty policy is only applicable to selected products purchased directly from our store. This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If during this one (1) year period, a PETKIT product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no cost to the buyer. This limited warranty however does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product. It also does include any incidental or consequential damages (including shipping fees). While repair cost / cost of replacement spare part will be borne by us, the shipping fees incurred will be borne by the buyer. 

If the issue with the product is caused by wear and tear or user damage, the cost of the repair or spare part replacement as well as shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.

If your item is defective upon receiving it, you will need to inform us within 7 days. Buyer must produce proof of online purchase that shows that the product is purchased from us and return it with its original packaging and accessories (you will be advised by our team accordingly). In such cases, we will refund you the cost of shipping the item/defective part back to us and send you a product replacement or replacement part.

Our warranty also does not apply to second-hand purchases as warranty is not transferable.
