Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product has a manufacturer defect
  • Product has passed its expiry date on the date received 
  • The wrong product was delivered

You can request for an exchange/replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Beyond 7 days, we will not accept any requests. When we receive the item back, a replacement will be sent. All shipping costs incurred will be covered by us.

In the event the product is out of stock, a full refund for the item will be issued.
